As a Northern California native and Los Gatos resident for more than 24 years, I have a deep appreciation for the community I'm fortunate to call home. My wife, Helen, has proudly served as a local elementary school teacher for more than 20 years, and our daughter attended Alta Vista Elementary, Union Middle School, and Leigh High School before continuing her education at Chapman University. Having raised our family here, I understand firsthand what draws people to Los Gatos—the strong sense of community, beautiful neighborhoods, outstanding amenities, and exceptional quality of life. This local perspective allows me to provide clients with insights that go far beyond market statistics.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent more than 20 years as a Senior Director of Sales and Executive Leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, leading organizations of up to 135 sales professionals across the Western United States. During that time, I helped generate more than $300 million in annual revenue, negotiated complex agreements, coached high-performing teams, and earned numerous national leadership and sales awards.

Those experiences became the foundation of my real estate career.

Today, I combine executive-level negotiation skills, data-driven market analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and concierge-level client service to help buyers and sellers achieve the strongest possible outcome.
